What to do
- Open your order history in your account on the marketplace and search for the product name or the seller.
- Compare the product, model and any batch or listing number with the official notice.
- If it matches, stop using it and follow the remedy in the notice. For items bought from third-party sellers, the marketplace's own help pages explain how to get a refund for a recalled product.
- Marketplaces often email buyers about recalls, but not always: check your spam folder and don't rely on it alone.
This list shows what regulators published; Recall Atlas adds no claims of its own. A recall appears here only when the official notice names Desertcart as a place the product was sold. Some agencies (notably the UK's Office for Product Safety and Standards) name the marketplace in nearly every notice and others rarely do, so these numbers are not a measure of how safe a marketplace is. The same product may also have been sold elsewhere.
