    The cable brake can suddenly break during usage. A user may be unable to stop and suffer injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive.

    The scooter direction tube may break. As a consequence, a kid riding it can suffer injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
